LOTUS OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY


n Chinese Immersion program:

Registration fee are NON-Refundable.

After Balance Payment and before you arrive in China : 90% of Balance payment will be refunded. (Please note: 100% fees can be applied to a future program.)

After arrival in China and within first week of classes: Refund of half of program cost (20 weeks semester program & Academic year program only, no refund for 12 weeks Quarter, Summer/Winter courses or One on One program)

After first week of classes: No Refund available.

Note: If you are not happy with your host family after arrival in China , we can change one family location for you. If you can't get along with the new family, it's your responsibility to make a decision about your accommodation. Your program fee will not be refunded.

If you do not follow the Rules of Homestay, we reserve the rights to terminate the accommodation for you. Your program fee will not be refunded.

n Homestay Only program :

Application fee of US$100 is non-refundable. Two weeks homestay fee will be charged if you cancel your booking before arrival in China . No refund for cancellation after your arrival in China or after the host family's contact info has been provided to you.

If you are not happy with your host family after arrival in China , we can change one family location for you. If you can't get along with the new family, it's your responsibility to make a decision about your accommodation. Your homestay fee will not be refunded.

If you leave the host family before the scheduled date, the remaining Homestay fee can be hold for your next registration with Lotus.

n Free Homestay Only :

 The administration fee of US$50/week is non-refundable. If you are not happy with your host family, there is extra US$100 application fee required to change one family location. If you can't get along with the new family, it's your responsibility to make a decision about your accommodation. Your payment of administration fee will not be refunded.
